This is not a blog.
Well, ok ok. It’s technically a blog.
But I live in Utah where everyone and their goldfish has a blog and I’m just not about that bandwagon life.
So this is not a blog.
This is a layout of words and sometimes pictures about whatever the heck I want to talk about. Sometimes I post, sometimes I don’t. A cohesive aesthetic? …mmm sometimes?
But mostly this is a random collection of whatever I’m feeling at the moment. “Authentic” is overused these days, but that’s still the goal here. So if you’re into that, I’d be cool if you stayed around! (you know, smash that like button, subscribe, share, etc. etc. etc…ha, there’s my shameless plug for followers)
Now here’s the actual “about me”:
I’m Tessa (or Tess)! I just graduated from BYU with a degree in advertising with an emphasis in account planning/strategy. I’m moving to Kansas City in June for a sick job, and nope, I don’t know anyone/anything there, but I’m stoked to figure it all out and start from square 0. [life motto at present: “when nothing is certain, anything is possible.”]
I’m obsessed with NYC. And cities in general, but mostly NYC.
Humans and cultures are the coolest.
If anyone wants to teach me how to longboard or skateboard, I will love you forever!
Life is super rad. And also really hard sometimes, but usually just super rad.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
Thank you so much for the feedback! Yes, I could definitely include more images to balance out the text, or even less text. The photography thing isn’t my forte, but I am definitely working on becoming more consistent with it. But I’m glad that you’ve enjoyed the things that I’ve written!
